The process from start to finish took several more hours than they originally told me, but I was able to disregard due to the staff being so kind. Fast forward four months and my car suddenly stops in the middle of the road. When I got out, my two front tires were literally pointing toward each other. Thankfully, I was on a 30MPH road and not the interstate or the incident would have likely been deadly. I got the vehicle towed to the shop and they said the tie rod wasn't installed properly and the wheel essentially fell off. I needed to then pay for a new tie rod installation, a newly damaged axle and a rental car - at a cost of over $1,000 to me. I reported this on the NTB website, but I surprisingly received no response. I was hoping to get the situation rectified so I wouldn't have to spend my time leaving this review and following up via other means. I want NTB to refund me the cost of the work I needed done after their negligent service. I have the receipts.
