A special call out to Martin. I watched him expertly greet and address concerns of all those walking in the door. He was thorough, educational, personable, and empathetic. Tire patch was quick, clean, and solid, no upsell circus, no drama. I was genuinely impressed with how smooth the whole experience was. If I ever pick up another nail (which feels inevitable at this point), I’m coming straight back.
