They provided the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They took the car back immediately and made sure I was able to relax while they handled everything! Introduced me to Ronald who checked out my car and got me back on road and made it home safely over 12 hours of driving back. If you need any assistance with a vehicle issue or just need some new set of tires go see them. And side note not only was I taken care of but a lot of customers while I was there was taken care of seamlessly. Very good service

Let me tell you, i am absolutely delighted with the service i got, and on a very tight schedule (for me) car was done on time. The car is running exceptionally and it was a very reasonable price. Mr. Ron is an answer to a prayer, thank you Ron!
- GGGriDec 15, 20251.0What a complete joke. I was on hold for over an hour and not a single person answered the phone. Not once. Apparently customer service doesn’t exist here. I work at AutoZone and constantly send customers to tire shops but after this disaster, Mr. Tire will never get another referral from me. If answering the phone is too much to handle, I have zero confidence in the actual work being done. Total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
