- LMLindsay MitchellNov 11, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Called to get a price for an oil change and tires. Told I should make an appointment. They didnt ask for any of my info. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time still had to wait an hour and half before my car was in for an oil change that they forgot about. I had to ask them at 2pm how much longer. They said they are pulling it in right now. 15 minutes later the pull my car into a bay for an oil change. 45 minutes later I pay $125.00. I asked my tires. They said they were fine. Fine? I've been having to put air in my tire for 2 weeks now. They had someone else pull my car in and look at tire. They found a nail it. Instead of asking me if I wanted a new tire or a plug they went ahead and plugged it. I spent a total of 4 hours at this place which is totally uncalled for! I will never go back.Tried calling customer service number they have listed on the website but they do nothing but hang up on you. Will never go to My Tire again! Poorly ran place!!!!

- AFAlicia FridgenOct 25, 20251.0Told me both rear tires “non repairable”. One tire was low but when I refilled it, it held air. Took it across the street to Sam’s tire and they offered to plug the tire or patch it. Certainly repairable. Please go elsewhere if you have tire issues.
