They would not even attempt to put our rear blade on because it’s a 2022 and they said it would be too difficult to even try to do it (grease monkey referred them to us because they didn’t have the one we needed and told us that auto zone will install it for us)

I video call my husband so he can help me. I pick out what I needed and go to checkout. No one is around. I’m paying cash, so self checkout is useless to me. You can hear my heels on the floor, someone knew I was there. I see a guy looking at something in an isle behind the counter and I say “Sir, I’m paying cash can you help me?” No answer, no acknowledgment that I’m there. I wait a few seconds and nothing. I put the oil down and walk out. One of the absolute worst things you can do in a business is not acknowledge a customer.

He didn’t have to help me replace my battery, but it took him a good bit of time on it, considering how corroded it was. I appreciate that immensely. Definitely exceeded customer service expectation!!!
