I was given a car that was not properly working mechanically and I figured that out completely once it began to rain and the windshield wipers and defrost became a huge issue. I was given an option to take the car to the airport because no car was local. No help what so ever I was sent away with no resolution. I returned the car and at early and was told I could not get a refund for the car fully due to the system. I was offered a free day on my next rental but I do not wish to rent with this location ever again.
