I arrived around 4 waited while the guy was with a customer once he was finished he told a car would be there by 430 and at 430 he came back and said all he had was a truck or a van. When we spoke on the phone I told him I wanted a small sedan and he assured me that he had one. There was no apology for wasting my time and then had the nerve to tell me to try again tomorrow. So unprofessional it wasn't like I was coming in off the street i had a reservation via my insurance company. I would never go back to that place again
