  10/10 service. Always patient and helpful, the two gentleman working there are great! Helped out with readjusting rebate and refund when needed with no hassle as always!

  Very professional and courteous service. Alex, Service Advisor/Manager was great. The only takeaway was that the tech who pulled my car out of the service bay didn't remove the plastic protective seat cover and paper floor mat / carpet protector. They also forgot to affix the sticker indicating my next oil change mileage and date. Minor things, but overall, great service

  The service was provided in record time! I was impressed by the fact that there was no long wait time. I was also impressed by the very clean restroom! Alex is the best!!!

  My experience at 9011 Annapolis Rd. Lanham Md was very Dissapointing and I will never return or recommended this location. The only good thing that comes out of that shop is the assisting manager Carlton, he's extremely welcoming and entertaining and I enjoyed my time there with him. The service workers on the other hand are very unprofessional and needs to be re-trained or dismissed. My car had been detailed a day before my service that included an oil change, tire rotation along with an alignment and wipers.I got there for my appointment at 9:45 that was scheduled for 10am, the alignment employee didn't show until after 12pm so i didn't get done until after 1pm. I went to get inside my vehicle when it was ready I had grease all over my vehicle exterior & interior and white salted shoe dust & prints on the side panel of my door by the Driver side, so I was very pissed with the lack of care that I received for my vehicle. The asst manager asked the person that did the oil change to get it cleaned up and he came back with a dirty oil rag to make matters worst but Carlton stopped him immediately to get something different, in which he asked Why? Carlton stated because it's an oil rag!" At this point I wanted nothing else to do with this location and was offered a discount for my frustration as an apology for the terrible service. When I left my car immediately started going off to the left extremely hard as the steering wheel was going on it's own towards the left, so now I'm really Hot & Irritated because it wasn't doing that before they did an alignment. I called Carlton when I got home and told him about this and there was No accountability for his workers actions!" Took it to another location that I normally go and showed them the print out of the alignment and they re-did that service and it was back to normal. Their alignment print out numbers was totally different from the Lanham location and I was told that the Lanham service center numbers were way off. Either their machine needs calibrated or they have an inexperienced person doing the work. I called the Lanham location today once I got home to inform them of what's needed to be done with their workers and the alignment machine and I got" Uhmmm Okay!" Way to go in the customer service department NTB Lanham Md. But never again" and they have the nerve to ask customers for a survey to help keep this location open" absolutely Not it needs to be closed or a whole new team of experience customer service employees that take pride in what they do and to keep their customers coming back Satisfied. Sn: and with all of that they didn't put my wheel lock in the service bag after they finished and had to look for it inside the service area. These ratings & reviews must be from a previous Team of workers because what I experienced is Definitely Not it!"
