  I scheduled awhile you wait oil change for 12:30. When I got there, there were 5 employees in the bay. One was working, 2 were arguing about where to have lunch, one guy never looked up from scrolling on his phone and one guy appeared to be napping in front of his computer. As I checked in, I was told they were backed up and it would be two or more hours. If they knew they were that backed up, why didn't soneone reach out to the while you wait appointments to give us a chance to reschedule. I rescheduled for 9:30 on Tuesday fir a while you wait oil change. 2 hours later, I texted my "service advisor" asking how much longer it would be, as I had already been waiting two hours. The response was that it shouldn't be "too much longer" and they "had a morning rush." An hour later I asked for my keys back. They said it was "almost done". 1pm I got my car back. No apology. Obvious thst they coukd have cared less. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service skills. I would also advise against paying the upfront "VIP" membership. It seems to guarantee you will become invisible.

  Requested work to be performed witch was transmission and brake service and never addressed my transmission problem !

  Took car in for service and they weren't able to reproduce issue. Also very bad at communication (reaching out to customer and sometimes when you try to reach them). It's probably an issue if not enough service personnel, but it can be frustrating waiting to hear back

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I had an excellent experience at Sheehy Nissan with my Altima. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and easy. I was greeted right away by the service staff, and we reviewed everything scheduled for my appointment. When the technicians found additional issues, they called me promptly, explained everything clearly, and asked for my approval before moving forward. My car was serviced on time, the communication was great, and everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Sheehy Nissan. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!
