Sadly, my experience was not good. I brought my car in for service at 8am and didnt check out until after 1 for an oil change, 2 tires and alignment. To top it off, it was freezing in the waiting area. Then your left to search for your car thats park so close to another car you have to find a skinny person to move your car. Unfortunately, this isn't my first time experiencing such long wait times or the cold waiting area. I suggest investing in more machinery, training staff on giving updates to the customer, improving the car pick up area for customers to be closer to the service area, regulating the temperature in the waiting area, some free snacks like apples or breakfast bars, more outlets for charging electronics, and lastly, cutting back on the amount of appointments you guys schedule.
The service here used to be decent but has recently gone to crap, I had scheduled my routine VIP service to get my oil changed and I sat in a lobby with a revolving 5 people at a time for 3-1/2 hours! People were coming in after me and leaving before me, yet I'm getting the simplest service you could possibly get in an oil change, a 10-15 minute job tops that most places can get you in and out in an hour to hour and a half if busy, and I had to sit more than twice that. I asked 2 hours in what the progress was and after the service tech went back to check i finally got my welcome text for my service, which I'm assuming means my car sat for 2 hours unnoticed in any capacity, and they had the audacity to not even wash it which is part of my VIP service. This place is a despicable excuse of a service dealership anymore! 0 stars if it would let me.
I bought a truck from them then purchased a warranty claimed got denied when I needed work done on my truck and it was because the warranty was not sold correctly on there end because my truck is lifted after 2 weeks of going back and fourth and them trying to get a hold of Nissan to push it through the gm Toby said they would take care of it themselves which I give him 5 stars and appreciate him doing what he had to do my contract is supposed to be canceled and re done I was told or canceled and me left with out one which I’ll be upset because I really want coverage on my truck and don’t want to do outside coverage I reached out to see what was going on with my contract on Tuesday through email haven’t heard back from them and would still like to get a warranty through them if done right now I have no idea if it’s canceled if I’m getting money back or what but I also don’t want to be with out coverage either
My experience here buying my first new car was exceptional. We looked at tons of different options and Abdullie was happy to let me test drive and get a feel for what I wanted. I showed up around 6 and even though they closed at 8 and everyone had left, abdullie stayed late and even washed up my vehicle so it would be perfect when I left the lot. They were able to get the price I was hoping for without having to downgrade any options of the car I was hoping to get. Christian over in the finance dep. was great and showed me different rates I could choose from, and even got it lower than what I was initially thinking it would be. If you’re looking to buy Nissan I definitely recommend these guys!!
We live in Charleston, SC, and chose to buy our vehicle from Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie after doing a nationwide search. My wife and I had a very specific color and model of Nissan Rogue in mind for our daughter, and this dealership had the exact car we’d been hoping to find.
From start to finish, we had an incredible experience. The team was responsive, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Even from hundreds of miles away, they made the purchase smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that goes above and beyond to this degree, but Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie certainly did.
Highly recommend them to anyone searching for their ideal vehicle—nearby or across the country. They made the long-distance purchase absolutely worth it.
