  I would first like to acknowledge the positive aspects of our recent service appointment. The technician arrived early and completed the installation, which I appreciated. However, I do need to address a concern regarding his professionalism and customer service. During the appointment, he was rude to my wife while engaging in conversation. After the job was completed, I called him to confirm that the wiper blades and Rain-X application had also been completed. During that call, he became defensive and spoke to me in a rude tone while I was simply trying to confirm that those additional items were taken care of. It rained a few days after my service and it doesn’t appear Rain-X was applied to my windshield. He also stated that I was claiming the wrong blades had been installed, which was not the case. I clarified that they simply appeared old to me and that I was only calling to confirm the work had been completed. I understand that the technical portion of the job is important, and he did complete the installation. However, customer service is equally important. As a representative of Safelite, his conduct did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from your company. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I am confident this is not the standard Safelite aims to uphold. If they allow people like this to continue engaging customers like this then I would not recommend their service.

  Booked an appointment online for a Friday and paid. My father took off work, they show up missing parts. Okay no big deal. They don't call, so I re-book the appointment online for wensday. Tuesday I try calling to make sure they have the parts but I can't get though. It was about half an hour before they closed so I was calling a little late, so my bad. I got multiple confirmation texts so I took off anyway. Then after they close I get a email saying the job can't be done on site and I need to take it to the shop and reschedule me for Friday. So two days of missed work and now need a third. No issues with having to go to the shop, but not once was I called and it should have been addressed earlier, like on Friday when they couldn't complete the job. So I just cancel the appointment. Did an online quote for glass of america, they called and less then 15 hours are at the house fixing the windshield for cheeper.

  My moulding strip was not glued on left of my car window and a tech needs to return. Red paint was left on the hood of my car. I was able to remove the red paint.

  When I took my windshield on for repair there was a tiny chip and after the fix I have a 3 point chip. The chip already seems to be spreading. When my husband and I went back the only offer they had was to replace the entire windshield which would cost us about $500. I know they say it may get worse but if you need a windshield repair I would look somewhere else first cause the fix is probably going to mean I have to buy a new windshield. It feels like some kind of racket where they take a small chip make it worse and then you have to replace your whole windshield. If we have to get my windshield replaced, I will not be doing it there.

  Very friendly and super fast. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Safelite AutoGlass for the excellent service. I will be calling you next week to get my Lexus fixed too.
