  I honestly cannot say enough good things about this location. My tire unexpectedly blew out and I called around looking for somewhere that could replace my tire. If I was towed there, the manager Mike was beyond amazing. He was so kind and helpful. Not only that they serviced my vehicle and had me out of there within 25 minutes… Do not hesitate to go to this location… They for sure impressed me.

  I had to leave a review for David Crawford and his staff … THEY ARE TERRIFIC !! I have had a the worst experience with 2 Mr.Tire in this area . It’s too much to type . And I’m still trying to get over that experience. I took my car to Nissan in Annapolis on Thursday for my new brake work . And was supposed to go back for a few other things . And then I remembered this Mr.Tire . The Mr Tire I always took my Honda to. I don’t know how I ended up at the other Mr.Tires. Maybe I felt all Mr Tire had the same Great Customer service , honesty and fairness. I was wrong and I got to experience it first hand . I always loved going to Mr.Tire because of this very one . And thought I’d never go to a Mr. Tire again after my experience at the other two in the area recently. After visiting David and his Techs on Saturday 4/4. I feel that management does matter . And this Mr.Tire made me feel comfortable. They let me know what I didn’t need to get . They let me know that if I got a certain thing it may not take away what I’m feeling . But eventually I’ll have to get it done . They put shocks on my car . They even showed me the bad one . And it was bad , I’m not even a mechanic saw it was bad . As I set in the waiting area . I heard them with every customer. The Customer Service was a 10. It didn’t matter if is was woman or man , what race what anything . They treated everyone the same that came through that door. I’ve been a banker for 25 years . Customer Service is top in my career . And I recognize it every time. And this store 751 has it . I felt defeated when it came to Mr.Tire. But this one restored my faith and trust . David thank you and your guys for your honesty, fairness and transparency. Thank you for actually doing the work I paid for . Thank you for charging what you were supposed to and not up-charging . I’ll use Nissan in Annapolis and this Mr.Tire going forward for the rest of my cars life . Thank you David ! I appreciate you and your staff more than you know . I’ll be returning to get a diagnosis to see if any of my rims are bent from a previous diagnosis I got . Thank you

  I’ve had a great experience with the team at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers (7224 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). The staff is honest, friendly, and very helpful. The first time I went, I thought there was an issue with my tire sensor. They checked it, added air, and let me know nothing was actually wrong—and they didn’t charge me. Another time, I stopped by for a different concern, and they took a quick look and clearly explained what actually needed to be done, without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this place has proven to be reliable and honest. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an accurate and trustworthy diagnosis for your car.

  The store manager Michael is very informed of car maintenance being done to your vehicle. He talks you through, offers recommendations and makes sure you understand. Professional environment and my vehicle is always taken care of. I had my brakes and rotors done. 8am appointment and out by 10am. Highly recommend for service.

  Good reception and efficient communication. Great explanations for the services they do as well. They explain well and try to give you time to explain your issues not like those shops you go to and its like they're about to close for the day.
