  I went to just tires yesterday. I had four brand new tires put on my car. The price was very reasonable. I love the tires. My ride in my car is so much smoother it is unbelievable. I am one happy customer.

  I needed four new tires. They had the tires when they said they were gonna have them. The staff was all very pleasant very nice very accommodating. I felt like I got a good deal on on my tires and they didn’t make me feel pressured to do something I wasn’t ready to do. I will take my car back there for everything that they can possibly do. Will was a great guy.

  First time here, an old gentleman with glasses was very rude. This place closes at 5pm and as a first time customer I’ve experienced the worst customer service. He was very rude, he addressed me and sir when clearly I’m a woman. He denied my service even tho I only needed an oil change and I came in way before closing. I’ll never come back or refer this place to any possible future customers!!

  We're seniors & took our car in for a service check @ Just Tires on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, MD Only to be given an estimate of over $3,000 in needed repairs Including being told we had 3-2018 tires on our vehicle & 1 tire worn that needed immediate replacement. Very suspicious evaluation. We'd purchased 2 brand new tires from Firestone & had a front end alignment done just 8 months previously in 2024 at Firestone. Also, purchased tires in 2023. We still have recieprs for those purchases. We has no 2018 tires on our vehicle when we went to thus location. We can't prove it because we didn't take pics but suspect this location of swapping out our new tires & putting old tires on our vehicle. If we could prove it, they'd be front page news. Also, Just Tires inflated the list of repairs needed due to us getting a 2nd service check from Firestone with less than $1500 needed repairs This place needs to be investigated for theft & fraudulent practices. Shady business going on at that location We wouldn't recommend anyone go there for service to their vehicle.
