  From start to finish, my experience was great! Cameron and Aubrey were awesome and made the process actually quite fun! They were busy and still made me feel comfortable and got the job done. Then at the end, thanked ME for being a good customer! Will 100% be going back for all future oil changes and services

  I had my car serviced on 2/24. Due to a suggestion to get my brakes checked due to low brake fluid, I took my car to an auto shop to check brakes on 2/26 who found that the oil filter had a slow leak, the filter that Valvoline replaced during the oil change. I called the location. And the man I talked to had me send him the video that the auto shop sent me with visible oil on the undercarriage of my car as well as the filter. The assistant manager said that his men just were sloppy with the oil change and didn’t clean off the car from the old oil. He also said there is no leak because the oil would be spraying out if there was. I then contacted the auto shop, and they verified again that the filter is in fact leaking. They cleaned off the bottom of the undercarriage and when they came back it was saturated with oil. The assistant manager who talked with me from valvoline said a manager would call me on 2/27 to discuss what has happened and come up with a solution, yet I haven’t received a call. Regardless if there is a leak or not a leak, the way the underneath of my car looked after the oil change is unacceptable. Update: after posting this review. Valvoline customer care called me, with the Manager Dave on the line. Dave did make it right and help make sure my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Thank you.

  Ok usually go to JiffyLube but they didn't have a oil filer for my truck so took it to Valvoline for the first time.. Sat in truck while the techs talked to each other non stop which was whatever.. Got home then went on vacation for a couple weeks didn't really pay attention but when the snow was melting under my truck I saw oil streaks all over the driveway under truck ( we had a ice snow cover for over a month) went into truck turned it on and it said low oil warning? 9 (TRUCK HAD LESS THEN 800 MILES SINCE OIL WAS CHANGED) I decided I didn't want to drive back to the place I got it changed so took it to JiffyLube to get the oil changed though it didn't need it and also see what was going on with the leak... They found out right away the oil filter was not put on tight enough and it was leaking all around it.. OK what am I missing I have changed oil before you drain the oil , remove the filter install a new filter (lubing the seal) put back the plug and refill right? well this location couldn't even get this process right really? now my driveway is covered in oil stains .. I have called to complain to corporate bc this location does not answer calls..

  I have been using Valvoline for years, I have free oil changes with my new car at the dealer but because of the service I get from Valvoline I still use them. The Ordnance Rd Glen Burnie shop is my go to. The staff is incredible, Jaden and Deamonte are fantastic!
