⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience!
I had an excellent experience at Sheehy Nissan with my Altima. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and easy. I was greeted right away by the service staff, and we reviewed everything scheduled for my appointment. When the technicians found additional issues, they called me promptly, explained everything clearly, and asked for my approval before moving forward.
My car was serviced on time, the communication was great, and everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Sheehy Nissan. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

I normally don’t do reviews, but this last experience is very shocking. Pretty simple, took nearly 2 hours for an oil change. During their inspection, said I needed new tires and other services that I had had checked and done at another spot. Including quoting a 3,000 dollar repair for something that is usually around 1000 bucks to repair. It’s 2025, no reason an oil change should take 2 hours. Get a second opinion when you take your car here.
(Update, I got a second opinion and saw no issue with the car and didn’t understand the 3,000 dollar quote for the repair even if there was an issue. The only issues were the tires that came with the car that was replaced just prior to being purchased at Sheehy less than 18 months ago.)

I needed new tires so I took my truck to Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie. They sold me incorrect tires for my truck and over inflated them (by about 20 PSI) so the light on the dashboard would not come on. I thought I would get correct tires from a Nissan dealership, but not only did they intentionally sell me incorrect tires, they misled me by over inflating them to be the proper PSI the truck is rated for.
