It's probably an issue if not enough service personnel, but it can be frustrating waiting to hear back

I was greeted right away by the service staff, and we reviewed everything scheduled for my appointment. When the technicians found additional issues, they called me promptly, explained everything clearly, and asked for my approval before moving forward. My car was serviced on time, the communication was great, and everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Sheehy Nissan. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!
