Oil change with an appointment shouldn’t have to sit in line for almost 20 min without an approach of I will be right with you or something. Just plan silence and stares is enough for me. Last time car wash and vacuuming wasn’t done excuse was short of staff. I had to asked to be let out. Called to talk to Brian was told someone would return the call no return call. It gets deeper with there bad service.

Instead of replacing the battery or the TPMS sensor, they did their 120 point inspection and and gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars, and by-the-way, all four of my TPMS sensors are bad now. They did this because they think I’m stupid. My Nissan Rogue is a 2022 model, a TPMS battery last 8-10 years. They tried to make me replace all four, but claimed that they actually replaced 2 of them, but now all four do not work. I’m so angry!!!

Furthermore, his warm and welcoming demeanor created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Notably, no employee exerted any pressure on me to make a purchase, which is not customary in this industry. Although residing one hour away, I would consider returning to that location in the future to purchase a vehicle if need be.

No pressure and explained everything in detail. Please note this is our second vehicle we have purchased with Jerome. The finance office person Andrew was also great and had patience with our questions. Would def return here again.

They greet me promptly upon arrival, write up my work orders, and ensure everything moves smoothly. Matt kept me informed with timely updates on the status of my vehicle repairs and took the time to answer all of my questions. Brian, the manager, is always willing to listen and provides helpful information. He goes above and beyond to make sure each visit is a positive one and is open to feedback. Even though he stays busy, he never makes me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He fulfilled every request I had without hesitation. I give the entire team a thumbs up. Keep up the great work.
