    Nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish! I was lucky enough to have Matthew B. as my car guy (mechanic), who was phenomenal in every way! He was extremely accessible, very responsive, super helpful and explained everything! I have never experienced this with a car dealership before in my life (and in 50) lol. I will be buying my next car from Sheehy Nissan just because of the experience I had with Matt! He's a keeper for sure. Ebony was also such a pleasure to talk to! No complaints whatsoever!

    This my 3rd time going to them but 3rd let me out. I will never use their service again. There never on time and always short of staff. Oil change with an appointment shouldn’t have to sit in line for almost 20 min without an approach of I will be right with you or something. Just plan silence and stares is enough for me. Last time car wash and vacuuming wasn’t done excuse was short of staff. I had to asked to be let out. Called to talk to Brian was told someone would return the call no return call. It gets deeper with there bad service.

    I went to their service department because I had a single bad TPMS sensor on my tire. I already knew which one and told them. Do the math. My Nissan Rogue is a 2022 model, a TPMS battery last 5-10 years. Somehow between the time that I drove my car into their shop and by the time they were done, all four sensors had gone bad, which I found highly suspicious. They charged me $600, claimed to fix 2 of the four but when I left, I had zero sensors working. They wanted to charge me an additional $600 to fix the other two. At this point, I realize that this is hi-tech extortion and took my business elsewhere.
