My experience, across the board, was EXCEPTIONAL! From the woman who scheduled my appointment that had the best personality, to my service tech- Matthew. I couldn’t be happier.
I had 3 open recalls that needed to be taken care of and had to rent a car. Matthew kept me posted every step of the way with my car, including a video overview! I’m sure it’s standard for everyone to get that treatment, but I felt like I was really being taken care of. Not just another car coming through and telling me I need a ton of things done to it, that I really don’t. A reciept , no smile, no eye contact. Just an “Ok then. Have a nice day.”
NOPE! I got emails, a video, texts and phone calls. When the car was done (in record time), I explained my husband didn’t get off work til much later and I couldn’t make it in until then because had no car. Matthew sent an Uber to bring me, that was there (not kidding), in 2 minutes! Haha I had to ask him to wait.
Just one more thing…
When I bought my car, brand new, in Utah, and then moved to Maryland, it made this sound that my Rouge that I traded in didn’t make. It was louder when you accelerated and never felt quite right- not smooth. This was an upgrade as well. Everyone said it was fine and not sure what exactly I’m talking about. After I picked my car up, the sound is gone and it drives like I expected a new car should 3 yrs ago. I am so happy!!
Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie did a great job!!! Thank you 😊

Strong & Professional:
“I had my tires serviced and a full alignment completed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service team was knowledgeable, transparent about what was needed, and completed the work efficiently. My vehicle drives noticeably smoother, tracks straight, and the steering feels perfectly balanced. I appreciate the attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the process. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship — highly recommend.”

Had a horrible experience with this dealership and advise others to shop elsewhere. They advertised a car as available and ready to purchase (we had agreed to pick it up next day), pressured us into completing a credit application, only to then say that the car would not be available for several days due to it receiving some last-minute repairs. When questioned about what repairs those are (Nothing that was listed in the description or Carfax) They said that that was information that they could not disclose. How can you not disclose what repairs are being made on a car that I was about to purchase? Credit was pulled, car was unavailable and had mystery repairs… shady and unprofessional.

I had I great experience purchasing a car from this location. After my transmission gave out in my old 2003 Frontier I was looking for a midsize truck as a replacement. During the entire process of beginning my search and purchase Abdoulei, Jerome, and the rest of the team were extremely helpful in helping me find a new vehicle. I never felt pressured or exerted into making a purchase. Everyone was extremely accommodating, between the sales team (Abdoulei, Jerome, and their managers) and the finance department (Chris) all my questions were answered and I ended up leaving with a new 2026 Frontier purchase that I'm extremely satisfied with!

I gave two stars only because the first two people I talked with were great, which I believe their names were Emily and Diane. Anywho I started looking into getting a new vehicle, and at first things seemed ok, then I got put with Tony for my main point of communication. To keep things in a nutshell, this past Saturday was a complete turn off, I reached out, and we were talking about some things regarding a car I was looking at, he ended up saying he had to get off the phone, and would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes, well that never happened. I ended up calling him back myself a bit later in the day. He seemed to have a bit of an attitude, and at a few points on the phone he wasnt even listening to me and I had to repeat myself, at one point I heard someone in the background trying to correct him, telling him to stop whatever he was doing because he is talking to someone on the phone, like how rude could you be?! After that last interaction I decided to look elsewhere. I work in customer service involving sales etc. so I have a very low tolerance for poor customer service. Fast-forward to today, I am now approved to get a 2025 Kia Telluride, I started communicating with someone at a Kia dealer on Sunday, and let me tell you they have seriously gone above and beyond for me! I am going there this Saturday to get everything finalized, they are even working with me about my situation with the down payment, as I told them I need about a weekish to get everything together for it. Nissan wouldn't even hold a car for me, even when I offered trying to do some form of a deposit. Needless to say though, if you mess up with a client one time, that one time can blow your sale and that person, like myself, will just look somewhere else. I personally do not recommend Tony, but to each their own.
