I have had many unpleasant experiences buying cars, and I must admit, I do not trust these folks easily. Jerome steadily built my trust and went above and beyond taking care of us. He was patient, respected our time and communicated very well with us. Negotiating the price is always nerve wracking, but once we agreed everything went very smoothly. The day I arrived to pick up the car, he was personally cleaning the windows making sure the car was spotless, and it was. I even received an email from him asking if, after driving the car for a few days, I would like to set up a time with him to answer any questions I might have! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from him. He takes his job performance seriously, and it shows!
