- SSSalinaJan 1, 20265.0I had a great experience! I bought my tires online and scheduled same day install. I got there on-time. They told me it'd be about 2 hours. I went to lunch and came back in about an hour. They were finishing up. 1.5 hours time and I was out the door. I had originally ordered from BJs and it was $400 cheaper. (I was called the next day saying the weren't in stock when it said on the site they were, and then 20 mins later I got another call saying I need to get a refund that they couldn't order the tires I wanted) This was the only issue I had with this install. (the price) But you get what you pay for.

I got a flat had my car towed here and despite arriving late in the day and missing my tire lock, they got me back on the road in record time. The staff here cares and it shows. Highly recommend if you need new tires you won't be disappointed.

Cracked my boyfriends hub cap and though they did go to Subaru and get a new one, it is still something that should NOT happen. Lost our valve stem caps and when we went to go get them back they said they don't have them. Time slots open and then they argue with you and tell you that they cannot accommodate to the appointment that you RESERVE. SO BEYOND DONE with this place and their unprofessional operations
