  Well, I came in to get my tires changed and I got my car back with a bent rocker panel. It looks like whoever worked on my car improperly lifted it. I went back to the shop after I noticed the damage and I was told to get a quote for the repair and that they’ll pay for the repairs. It sucks that now I have to go through the hassle of getting my car repaired at a body shop and I won’t have a car to use until it’s repaired all from a simple tire change. The damage estimate is a little over $1K

  I went to the Glen Burnie location a few years back for a front end alignment. The employee advised that they had a special for lifetime front end alignment as long as you have the vehicle. I purchased the deal and received the front end alignment.....no problems. So here it is 2026, I purchased new tires and then called NTB(Glen Burnie location) the employee looked up my info and advised I had the lifetime alignment and to bring the vehicle in. I get to the location and speak to manager and advised I'm here for an alignment and that I purchased the lifetime deal. He proceds to tell me we don't have that deal anymore, and I could've purchased it. I stated that I just spoke to someone on the phone and he said I do. So after going back and forth for about 5 minutes. He finally yes you did purchase the lifetime alignment and it expires in 2027. Not sure how if it’s lifetime that it has an expiration date. They proceed to take my vehicle back for the alignment, the manager comes back about 30 minutes later something is bent on the passenger side and it can't be performed. I'm said really, because I literally just had brand new struts, tires, etc....and the mechanic saw no issues. This employee was determined not to do the front alignment, because they weren't making any money......please stay away from places like this.....deceptive practices. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

  Went there today, i got aligment and tire rotation balance service, front desk guy had an attituted, i asked him question regard my service he always was replying like i dont know, i said what you mean you dont know you the expert... but everything hope my service was a success....HOPE!

  Absolutely worst experience ever. Paid $25 just for a damn appointment they did not honor. Then told me they didn’t have the tires I had ordered though they had many days to get them. This place is a complete ripoff and they guy said even even they did have everything it would be several hours till it gets done. What is the point of making me pay for an appointment?

  Avoid this place at all costs! I scheduled my appointment over the phone, ordered my tires from them and paid a deposit to hold my appointment time. I walked in at my scheduled appointment time only to be told they were too busy to complete the service ans I was only spending $800. Walk ins take priority. Meanwhile the only tires they have $50 tires in stock and anything else has to be ordered. Meaning the cheap walk in tickets take priority over APPOINTMENTS that are actually spending a decent amount of money. Enjoy your $300 service tickets. I'll take my money elsewhere. Your mess up probably saved my car anyways, as I wouldn't gave trusted the looks of the service works to touch my car anyways. I'll make sure to tell everyone how much you suck. 😀😀
