    Tried to force me into $2200 worth of work in order to complete my alignment when I had just picked my vehicle up from a repair shop (all necessary work was already completed) but they said I needed new tires and an alignment so I headed to Just Tires. After putting my new tires on, Just Tires told me I couldn’t have the alignment done without having the other $2200 worth of work done first. I opted to pick up vehicle, took it to Pep Boys for the alignment and had my car back in under an hour with no issues. I have always used Just Tires for tire/alignment needs, but will not be going back.

    Came in for new tires today and Todd was amazing very professional even when breaking the bad news lol. He got us in and out as fast as possible with an amazing price. Todd is a true asset to the company

    Was told “realistically” 2 hours to put on my wheel on for me. Brought my tire to get patched took a few hours, no problem had to do errands anyway. Came back different desk person clearly having a long day, no problem. The problem is her attitude, she clearly was not happy with the day and not happy that they were busy. She just wanted me to go away deal with the problem of putting my wheel back on myself. For a job that will literally take less than 5 minutes. That’s what you get for a returning customer…
