  We're seniors & took our car in for a service check @ Just Tires on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, MD Only to be given an estimate of over $3,000 in needed repairs Including being told we had 3-2018 tires on our vehicle & 1 tire worn that needed immediate replacement. Very suspicious evaluation. We'd purchased 2 brand new tires from Firestone & had a front end alignment done just 8 months previously in 2024 at Firestone. Also, purchased tires in 2023. We still have recieprs for those purchases. We has no 2018 tires on our vehicle when we went to thus location. We can't prove it because we didn't take pics but suspect this location of swapping out our new tires & putting old tires on our vehicle. If we could prove it, they'd be front page news. Also, Just Tires inflated the list of repairs needed due to us getting a 2nd service check from Firestone with less than $1500 needed repairs This place needs to be investigated for theft & fraudulent practices. Shady business going on at that location We wouldn't recommend anyone go there for service to their vehicle.

  I like to thank Zach for helping my daughter and myself with everything with the new tires. He is very informative and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

  Was in front out of town with a flat tire. They helped me out same day and were clear on their pricing up front.

  I highly recommend getting the 3 year alignment package here. Good place good people
