They did not properly attach the oil filter to my vehicle and all the oil leaked out of the engine while I was driving. I didn't make it more than 20 miles before my oil light came and nearly seized up my engine in the harbor tunnel!!! I had to make a emergency stop at the Jiffy Lube in Dundalk so they could put oil in my engine. Now I am dealing with oil burning off my engine as I drive and it smells so bad in my vehicle. My check engine light will not go off and I am assuming they caused damage to my engine. Jiffy Lube would not take responsibility for the damages they have caused only wiped the engine with a cloth and told me I would need to contact someone else for advanced assistance. This oil change has turned into a absolute nightmare.

The manager, Thomas was no help at all. Think twice about using this location!!!! I was quoted a price of $145, then after they did the service, the price switched to $185. So due to bait & switch, I was refusing to pay for the up-sell service that I was given a false price for and didn'treally need. They left that part out Mr. General Manager Manager.

Inside I was greeted with hot coffee and great customer service by a young lady with a great smile. I can see why it’s busy, I worked in sales and service 25 years and know when I’m feeling valued. They even vacuumed my car! Thank you!
