I submitted proof to them that my ez pass was charged for the tolls. I received the run around from their toll customer service for months. They finally mailed me a check but not for the complete refund. And now today my credit card was charged yet again for tolls.

They take your pre-paid Visa (NetSpend) We had 2 extend twice because our repair job was done by Dopey. Sneezy and Droopy. Again, no problems. My buddy has to fly here from Carolina 6 times a year, and uses these guys exclusively, because .... No B.S. He suggested this place to me when my Rolls Royce (yeah right) broke down, this is who I will use for now on,
- SJStephen JumpOct 17, 20255.0Aiden took care of my reservation and they didn’t have the vehicle I requested so he gave me an upgrade for the same rate as the vehicle I had reserved everything went smoothly I’m going to have to rent again next month since my card in the shop and the mfgr is not backing up their warranty so it’s gonna be a while til I either get my car back with a new engine or end up purchasing another car, so until something changes I’ll be renting again
