- BHBryant Himmage5 days ago1.0I had scheduled an appointment for today, expecting the exceptional service I had last year with my Ford Explorer, but after calling to confirm my appointment I was told that I wouldn’t get diagnostic results until next week so my truck would be in the shop from Thursday until at least Tuesday with no service other than diagnostics being done. On top of that according to “new” policy if you’re vehicle is over 60K Ford no longer pays for your rental vehicle (last year mines was 82K and I received a rental). I would think customer service would assist a bit more when you are being inconvenienced without a vehicle for a period of time at not fault to the customer…needless to say I had to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Not recommended.

He was efficient, accommodating, professional and provided exceptional service. Unfortunately, I did have a finance issue on my end. Devin and his team were able to find a solution so that I was able to walk out with my new car, same day! The finance manager, James, was very personable and transparent. I truly appreciate their hospitality and due diligence. I highly recommend Bob Bell Hyundai. I will be using their services in the near future.

The technician who did the oil change didn’t something properly and the next day all of the oil leaked from my vehicle while I was at work. I was forced to find transportation home and to the dealership the following morning. A representative from the service department said that they were only willing to offer me a free oil change to accommodate the inconvenience. A free oil change does not cover the undo stress, worry and aggravation. It also does not cover me missing a day from work with no pay due to the negligence of their technician. I am highly disappointed with this dealership.
