This was my 3rd purchase of a Hyundai:
- 2005 Santa Fe
- 2012 Santa Fe
Now, a 2026 Tucson
First 2 were simple and easy, this time I felt like to had to do most of the heavy lifting.
Finance people do not understand the meaning of "NO". Asking for a 4th time if I want the maintenance package is not going to turn it into a YES.
30 days later - I am still waiting for my title....and no one has called me back. For the record, this car purchase was NOT financed.

If we could give a 0 star rating we would. We bought a ned Tucson from them several years ago, great experience. So we thought taking our daughter there for her first car purchase would be similar. Big mistake. Within the first 30 days of purchase the engine light was on. We took it back & were given the runaround about a malfunctioning censor (it was not), their inability to rectify it, etc. When we finally got them to diagnose the problem again their diagnosis was incorrect & they missed several other issues with the car that should’ve been caught during sales inspection . During that time they gave us a rental with a $100 deposit that was to be refunded. To date the deposit hasn’t been refunded despite multiple requests. During the snow several weeks ago the key fab wouldn’t work to unlock the car, only to find out there was no backup key inside the fab. We had to pay a locksmith to unlock the door. Since then we were told they’d send a new key & weeks later it’s still not here. Thankfully Towson Hyundai has been able to properly diagnose & fix the mechanical issues. We will never go to Dundalk again.

I paid 185 for them to check a noise that was coming from my truck. I know my truck needs a catalytic converter and a manifold gasket. They told me I needed a catalytic converter. The price and never diagnosed the noise. They told me I would have to bring my vehicle back in to diagnose the noise. Don't go here because they don't want to answer my questions. The customer service sucks, and I looked down on you when you're trying to understand questions about your vehicle.
