I came here skeptical as I’ve never owned a Hyundai. I had my eyes set on a 2025 Elantra N and was contacted by a sales member named Ed. He was very nice and did not try to force anything he took the time to go over every detail of the car and worked with me. He then followed up after the purchase of the vehicle to make sure I was happy and if I had questions he was there to reach out to. He was professional every step of the process and Mandy the finance manager was a sweet heart she reassured me and made me feel at ease. They got me into Hyundai financing despite not having the best credit history. The warranty’s and everything that came with the car and experience its by far the best I’ve had and I’ve owned Hondas Jewel the type R and Subarus WRX Hyundai is hard to compete with in terms of customer value. Over all I’m a happy camper and hope others decide to do huskiness here if anyone has questions feel free to email me.

Missing wheel lock. Not only do they not return my wheel after service. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY for a new one. ABSOLUTELY criminal behavior and unprofessional. If charges go through this business WILL BE reported on every registry found under the sum. Absolute scam of a business

Just a heads up to future service/oil change customers... if you make a 7:30 a.m. appointment for your vehicle, it may not get touched for another hour. So much for "QUICK Lane" service. Why are you making appointments for vehicles if you are unable to service them at the time of the appointment? I informed the service person at the desk that I was leaving - didn't offer me another appointment, didn't apologize, didn't send a manager out....try putting SERVICE back in customer service next time. I 100% know it wasn't her fault, but when a customer is walking out, the company should do whatever it takes to rectify the situation... offer a coupon, or say.. come back tomorrow and we'll take you the very 1st thing, or.. .hey.. here's my manager and let him deal with it.. that's actually part of his job. Thanks anyway....

Filled out credit app with son, approved for loan, can't get sales or GM to call me. Are you guys making us chase you, is that your sales tactic??? Is this how you do business. Filled out credit app yesterday early afternoon, and no call back yet. Have left 5 message. You really screwed us as now I can't have my credit ran again. Will never recommend Bob Bell
