  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience – ask for Doug Doug was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure the alignment was done correctly the first time. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just pushing cars through. The results were spot-on, the car drives perfectly, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was great, expectations were clear, and there were no surprises. If you’re coming here for service, ask for Doug — he’s exactly what you want in an advisor.

  Honda fit had a flat right before a major event and Doug and Tim got it fixed within 90 minutes including sending someone to get the right tire from a different shop. This isn't the first time they have come through in a pinch. Great place.

  Excellent service. Was able to get me scheduled timely, and completed work within estimated timeframe. The only reason, I gave 4-star versus 5 star rating, is a 3% surcharge when paying invoice with a credit card. I prefer service centers that do not charge such add on fees, as the people that are often impacted, are those that may not have readily available cash/debit - as some vehicle maintenance repairs or set of new tires can be costly nowadays. ** Reference Google Reply by Owner ** I highly recommend Bay Auto Tires and Auto Repair reconsider charging [potentially] longterm clients this 3% fee at the cashier for simply settling invoices with a credit card, as this will be a consideration during future tire/routine maintenance needs. I believe not charging credit card fees, will be a positive advertisement piece for service centers when competing with the many service center options in Anne Arundel and surrounding counties. Such surcharges, which often catches clients off guard, often impact those that are less fortunate and who may not have $1,000 + (as an example) for a set of tires in cash/debit; therefore, in addition to potentially paying interest to credit card company, get charged additional 3% by Bay Tire and Auto. This scenario, may cause clients to choose alternative local tire and auto service options to avoid these no-value additional surcharges, by simply paying their invoice with their credit card. In fact, advertising that you do not charge credit card surcharges may be a helpful advertisement. Unfortunately, in today's economic situation customers must shop around to avoid such unnecessary additional auto service costs. Again, recommend Bay Tire and Auto reconsider these client surcharges in order to not lose/gain new [potentially] long term clients for all their vehicle service needs.

  I was about to head out of town when I noticed one of my tires was losing air. I had never been here before, but this was the only shop open the day after Christmas. I walked in without an appointment. They got my tire patched in under an hour! Since I was a first time customer, there was no charge. It's a Boxing Day miracle!
