He explained the quality of the brand I wanted and provided the price. I had the location in mind but was wrong. Had Jimmy not told me where he was located before hanging up I would have gone to the wrong store. When I arrived I waited in line but Jimmy took good care of me. My check coolant light came on and Mark came outside in the cold to take a look and check for a leak in the hose and helped find the correct coolant I needed for my car. He could have just asked for the make and model, but he went the extra step and it did not go unnoticed. I recently moved into the area from NYC, and will be going to Mark who happens to be a fellow New Yorker for any future needs.
