And the lady over the phone was talking back to me in a rude and aggressive manner. I've been a advanced Auto parts customer for years. This is the first time that I've experienced this for an Advanced auto parts employee. I was being polite. But for some strange reason she went off on me just like I'm her X boyfriend. I didn't feel like a customer.
