  I recently visited this shop for a brake line repair, and overall the service itself was completed as expected. However, I wanted to share one piece of feedback regarding payment transparency. At the time of payment, I was informed that there is a 3% fee for using a credit card. I completely understand that some businesses pass along processing fees, but I do wish this had been communicated upfront. Since the repair was already a significant expense, the additional fee came as an unwelcome surprise—especially as I would have brought a debit card or prepared another payment method if I had known in advance. I hope the shop can consider clearly informing customers about this policy ahead of time, whether during scheduling or before the service begins. That small step would make the experience smoother and help customers plan accordingly. Thank you for the work you did, and I appreciate your consideration of this feedback. UPDATES: I called back and he said this is the wrong number or crossline issue. Could you please give the correct number please?

  It was my first time at Bay Area and I must say I was pleased with the service I received. I will very likely return for future service. I had an oil change, alignment and balancing/rotation of all 4 wheels. They found the shield under the front end (engine/transmission) bent and they were able to straighten it, saving me the expense of replacing it.

  I stopped by off the highway when my engine was making sounds. It was a super easy fix, and they did it quickly without even charging me. I’m grateful for their service!

  I have taken my car multiple times for varying issues. Every time they explain the issue, what they did, and even the next steps if the issue isn’t fully resolved. I also took my car in to get looked at just incase of any damage, and they were super up front and honest! Such a great team and a special shout out to Jeff! The whole team is so polite and friendly!

  I have been a customer of Bay Area Point S for a few years and have always had a great experience. Recently I was having issues with my tires, and they were truly exceptional in getting everything sorted out for me and living up to their Promise Tire Maintenance Plan to protect your tires. Even once the job was done, they reminded and encouraged me to take advantage of the free rotations that are included when you get tires through them. I felt confident that they wanted me to have success with my tires and everything else related to my car, and were at no point trying to do any unnecessary work. Each of the employees that I spoke with through the process of getting my issues resolved was also very professional and nice. A truly honest business that has earned me as a loyal customer. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any car service.
