  One of the worst AutoZones in town. Only 1 person helping customers. Put a order in on there app yesterday got the email it was ready went today to pick it up. Can't find it, told me I needed to wait until he waited on all the other customers before he could pull my order that should have already been pulled.

  Mark. Mark. Mark. Mark. The name says it all. True professional gentleman right there!I came in to find a headlight. Unsure of what I was looking for, Mark immediately looked up the VIN, pointed me to the aisle the bulb was in, showed me where to look, and also came over to make sure I found what I needed. After checking out, I went outside on YouTube determined how to replace a headlight bulb. As I was watching a video, Mark came over and offered to help. He didn't HAVE to do that. He CHOSE to do that. Mark ended up replacing the bulb for me without asking for a dime. His great.vibe, professional mannerism and kindness showed it all. We need more people like Mark. Mark, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You sir, are nothing short of amazing! And remember, don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise. Respectfully, a returning customer, Kate

  I needed 6 spark plugs for a 2014 Nissan Maxima. I called this Auto Zone and Jimmy assisted me. He was very professional, patient, and helpful. He explained the quality of the brand I wanted and provided the price. I had the location in mind but was wrong. Had Jimmy not told me where he was located before hanging up I would have gone to the wrong store. When I arrived I waited in line but Jimmy took good care of me. He’s a great asset to your business and gave excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Jimmy!!! A very satisfied customer!!!

  Had a great experience with Mark at this location! My check coolant light came on and Mark came outside in the cold to take a look and check for a leak in the hose and helped find the correct coolant I needed for my car. He could have just asked for the make and model, but he went the extra step and it did not go unnoticed. I recently moved into the area from NYC, and will be going to Mark who happens to be a fellow New Yorker for any future needs.
