  If you value your time this is not a place for you. Everyone keeps lying about the waiting time. I had an appointment and yet I had to wait for over an hour for a car to be ready for me. Their staff are genuinely kind but a lie is just a lie. It’s not okay to tell someone it’s gonna be about 15 -30 minutes that’s end up being an hour and 30 minutes of waiting. Honest is truly appreciated upfront so someone can make a decision to either wait, look for an alternative or leave. People got work and other commitments to attend to that’s why appointments are made in advance so they don’t have to wait that long. Sometimes things do not go as planned but being honest about it saves everyone unnecessary horrible experiences. Again, the staff was amazing but having to wait for over an hour was horrible.

  This location is my go-to when I need to rent a car for a few days, both because they're easily accessible via public transit and because they're open seven days a week unlike the next closest location just down 355 in Gaithersburg. I've never had a bad experience there. Sometimes they're a bit understaffed, as they were the most recent time I rented a car from them just a week or so ago, but the staff who are there always do their best to make up for it. Extra kudos to Chico (whose full name I'm not going to attempt to spell out, as I know that I'll butcher it) who was especially helpful this most recent rental and doing his best to keep things running as smoothly as possible all on his own.

  The location in Germantown on Route 355 19801 Frederick Rd was thorough and professional. I dealt with both Nola at the front desk and then Chiquita the manager who gives the personal touch and explanation with a smile. Thanks for the great service Chico!

  Good experience getting the car and what customer service I got, for the most part. They did close early without warning (despite me calling ahead) left me outside trying to return my car while holding a baby, which was irritating. There was a staffer inside. They then proceeded to never respond to any of my texts or calls and refused to provide a receipt, possibly because they overcharged me. This might actually be criminal.
