- BMbarry maxwellFeb 27, 20171.0I went to this gas station to get my car washed in January. Upon exiting ,there was a big crack in my windshield. I immediately reported it to the attendant. I was told to call Sunoco corporate office , which I did. Sunoco corporate told me this was a franchisee location and it was not their responsibility. The Franchisee reported it to his insurance, Nationwide, about a week later. Nationwide claimed it was not the fault of the Franchisee and refused to reimburse me for the repair. But Nationwide never bothered to go inspect the damage to my car before concluding their "investigation". In the end it cost me $250 for a car wash, and my car came out dirty. Sunoco refuses to stand by the products & services of their framnchisees, and you have no idea whether a location is corporate owned or franchised when going there.
