One thing I did notice is that sum customers forget that no matters how big or small the job is, it's not a two minute process. This is a vehicle that weighs a ton or two or more. They got so irate it was embarrassing. They don't get enough credit & they deserve so much more recognition for the hard work that they do. Remember they are working on our cars not just wiping windows.
