  Every other rental company give me stress, Enterprise does not. They’re so helpful and loyal and the cars are nice, updated and in great condition! The communication I received is always very helpful and appreciated!!

  > I had a disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain my rental options. I was given an SUV that I later found out wasn’t fully covered by my insurance, and no one mentioned that it was at a higher rate.I wasn’t offered any alternatives or told about the price difference until after the fact. It felt like they just wanted to get me out the door quickly without making sure I understood what I was agreeing to. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and usually had good experiences, but this visit really changed my opinion. I hope the company trains their employees to be more transparent with customers in the future.

  Was a great experience. Car was nice and the customer service on the phone and at place picking up car was remarkable. I will definetly rent from enterprise in future

  Sarah at the germantown location is the absolute best!!! What almost turned out to be a horrible start to a vacation, she went above and beyond to get me on the road that day and I couldn’t thank her enough!! If I’m renting again, I’m going straight to Sarah!!! Thank you so much to you and your team for your incredible work!!

  Sarah H. (Branch Manager) deserves to be commended. Some reviewers appear to have an issue with her but I’m a frequent client and never had an issue with her. I was injured when I was rear-ended last week. The at fault insurance tried to put me into an econobox that caused my back injury to hurt super bad. They tried to do this even though I drive a luxury vehicle. Sarah went to bat for me and called my adjuster and together we got upgraded to a premium. I was switched out to a 2024 Camry originally from Louisiana with 45,000 miles on it, Georgia plates CYN1082. It had a cigarette burn on the steering wheel and on the driver’s seat and was filthy with stained seats and front end damage from a previous driver who clearly had hit a speed bump at full speed and caused mechanical and cosmetic damage (which was evidenced when I looked at the photos I took of the car before I left the lot. At this point, all I cared about was comfort and safety. On the way to work on the interstate I noticed the car shuddering badly when braking from highway speed and the alignment way off pulling to the left. It was terrifying. I called Sarah when they opened the next day and she was apologetic and empathetic. I’ve never been so scared to drive a vehicle in my life, terrified the brakes would give out on the highway. On a peak Saturday, she saved a recently returned 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL for me and I feel so comfortable and safe. It wasn’t washed and it wasn’t detailed and had White Castle boxes under the seats… but they’re running with limited staff on a Saturday! The fact that she did this for me speaks volumes to her character. The only area of improvement is the cleanliness of the cars. Brodie (sp) was super polite and apologetic as well. Nice guy. Kudos to him as well! It just goes to show that if you handle issues like an adult and with empathy you can expect it back. Unfortunate things happen. What matters is that they be appropriately resolved!
