  I went there to buy oil and the filter for my car and I ask a guy with glasses to help me and he refuse to help he was mad when I was asking questions . I told him to help me to find the oil and he did not want, he send me to find my own oil just because he didn’t want to stand up. He didn’t help me I just went to other store, this store need to hire people who wants to help!!!

  I received conflicting information on my car’s battery from the dealership (wanted to replace it for $350) and AAA where I bought it originally and was still under warranty (said it was not in need of replacement). Felt very frustrated in knowing who to believe when a family member told me to go to Auto Zone for a free evaluation. When I got there, Geo, a bright, polite staff member helped me and gave me all the information I needed! Really appreciated his patience and knowledge. I’ll definitely go back to him when I do need a battery!

  I've been to this place at least 5011 times and not once did I have a bad experience. The customer service no matter who's there always seems to be on point. They even help me out with the ridiculousness of the fact I brought the wrong type of wiper blades. Lol.

  🚨 STAY AWAY⛔ My brother visited this location to get the replaced battery due to the damaged battery under warranty replacement program given by AutoZone. They were supposed to install the replaced battery and collect the damaged battery, but because the previous manager used a commercial account to issue replace battery, the store manager Robl Aklilu questioned him about how he had access to a commercial invoice. I told him we had no idea—if anyone did that, it must have been another manager, and we weren’t aware of AutoZone policy. Because of this, they flat-out refused to provide the installation service and told me I’d have to install the battery elsewhere. The situation was highly unprofessional— Robl even was so aggressive. I offered to pay for the battery installation, but Robl Aklilu was rude, unprofessional, and refused to listen and was INSISTING to call the mobile mechanic recommended by him. I even considered involving the POLICE but ultimately didn’t. Be warned: this branch, especially the manager, is extremely difficult to deal with and highly unprofessional. And in the end, we had to leave our driver’s license as collateral just to pick up the battery, take it to Jiffy lube (thanks for their professional service) for installation, and return to retrieve the driver license—Stay away from this shop and avoid the future complications! ⚠️This shop requires an IRS INSPECTION for suspected commercial invoice fraud⚠️ So that the rude store manager (Robl) does not allow himself to insult the customer. 🚨Reply to the Owner: If you truly aim to provide good customer service, first make sure your staff—especially your manager (Robl) —has received proper training and makes an effort to treat customers professionally.
