  I took my car to Mr. Tire because I had a nail in it. I figured it would be a 30 min procedure at best. Once there, the technician told me that I would need to buy a new tire because of where the nail had lodged. It was on the outside tread. He said he couldn’t fix it because they believe in safety first. ( I didn’t quite get it so I looked it up and found out that was the worst place for a nail to lodge because it was all rubber and did the most flexing during rotations of the tire. Wow!! I now understood and told him that I definitely wanted a new tire.) He was very nice and professional and I really appreciated the service. Thanks to all of the employees working that day. I wish I could remember his name. (Maybe Rashad) sorry if that’s not it. The service was perfect.

  Called to get a new tire after making an appointment online for the next day. They said they didn't have the tire in stock but could order it. Ok, I said, "no issues I'll pay and order it." They said "No, they cannot take payment any way but in person" .. I said what's the point? I would have to make 2 trips to the shop to get 1 tire installed. Just not worth the time and effort. Do better

  Great customer service from everyone on my service date from the team! It was a catastrophe on a repair for the technician. My tire was completely flat and had no room for repair, and the lug nuts were almost stripped. But he got it done. I could have gotten a better deal on the 4 tires 😏 but the customer service made it worth the investment. Thanks Mr. Tires in Gambrills!! 👍🏾👍🏾

  They replaced all four of my tires and did a great job. We had an issue come up as we were leaving the lot, and they fixed it for free. Wonderful service and very kind people!

  The service rep at the counter was awesome and very professional. She explained what the mechanic recommended and was very clear. The work was completed timely as advised by the service rep. I would not hesitate to come back again.
