  Would love to give them 5 stars, but unfortunately I can’t due to a careless mistake that should not have happened. I took my 2017 Volvo XC90 in for a routine oil change, even though I had initially planned to go to the dealership. The staff was friendly, and at first, communication seemed solid. However, shortly after leaving, I noticed a strange noise coming from underneath my vehicle. It turned out the plate under the car had not been properly secured. When I called to report the issue, I was told to go to the nearest Jiffy location to have the plate removed. It was there they told me the plate was damage and needdd to be replaced.. I then returned to the original location and told them the plate was now damaged, something they will now cover. The plate was ordered at their expense, but it will be a few days before it is delivered. What was most concerning was being told after the fact that bolts were missing. This was never mentioned during my initial visit, which made it feel like the responsibility was being shifted onto me. When I pointed this out, they acknowledged the lack of communication. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a customer. It’s disappointing, especially given how convenient the location is for me—but lesson learned.

  I was charged 96$ for an oil change when the website clearly states that it is 69.99$. When I pressed the employee about it, he responded with, “Oh yeah, I don’t know about that. We get that from customers a lot.” He reluctantly let me use a coupon on the website that I presented him with, which gave me 14 off. I paid a total of 82$. After speaking to management through email afterward, she admitted that I was overcharged, but only offered me a measly $5 credit, which I will never use because I will never return to this place again. Such a scam.

  The good part is they took me right away and got it done quickly. The bad part 120 bucks for a synthetic oil change and nothing else. Absolutely outrageous. And then the sticker they put on my windshield has me for another oil change in 3,000 mi as if the year is 1990. Yeah I bet you'd like to have me come back in 3,000 miles and pay for your rip-off oil change again. Never again.

  Good service as always though the multiple recommendations in the high prices force recommendations are always annoying. It shouldn't cost almost $70 to change a cabin filter if it was a reasonably priced item I would have it done because this is something I can do myself

  UPDATE: Spoke with Ashely, the actual manager, and issues were addressed. I appreciate the attention to the matter and proposed resolution. The person I originally interacted with was not Ashley. Rude and disrespectful staff - especially the manager. Missing tire caps and negligence with top off services they emphasize as a courtesy to the paid service. Avoid this location!
