  Very rude and short. Customer service is horrible. If its too early for you to answer the phone and explain details to a customer you may not want to pick up the phone or hire a CSR.

  Do NOT under.any circumstance come here. I went in with a perfectly fine valve. When I left, the air light came on as I was leaving the parking lot. They first told me I must have ran over a nail. Then they couldn't find the nail. I had to leave for an appt. I brought it back and they were too busy to look into it. They told me to go to Jiffy Lube. I went to Jiffy Lube and they told me it had to have gotten cracked during the install. The extremely rude lady working at the front marched over to Jiffy Lube to accost to poor young man that was trying to help me. All in all I have to pay an extra 160 to get it fixed.

  I have been using Wilson Goodyear W & T Serrvice in Crofton since 6/10/22 when they replaced my air conditioner's condensor and refrigerant. ($1072.99) I returned for an airbag replacement and low beam head light replacement on 9/7/22. ($807.49) On December 5, I returned under the headlight warranty and was told it wasn't the headlight it was the connector. ($29.69) I have only 60000 miles on this 2008 truck. I drive it very infrequently and had put less than 300 miles on it since 9/7/22. BUT, I was told my truck is old and... I don't believe this connector could corrode in less than 300 miiles and if so the original "mechanic" should have noted it when they charged me !$100.43) to replace the headlight less than 3 month/300miles before What do you think? Are you sure you want them to service you? Paul McHugh
