- JRJacqueline RodriguezDec 5, 20251.0End of October an elderly lady drove into the left side of my car. I was given a list of places to take my car for fixing and chose this location thinking, most of my business experiences in Crofton have been pleasant. I took my car in around Nov 11th ( i think). I was originally told a new door would be ordered and work would be done before the end of the month. When I called 4 days after to see if there were any updates I was told the adjuster had just submitted the claim and would hear back after the weekend. I was called by the adjuster to inform me that the bumper was damaged but would not be replaced because of a crack on the back side which was not part of the accident. To which I was quoted around $900 out of my pocket after the discount from the insurance part. To which i said no, that they can fix as best as possible. I finally got a call to pick up my car on December 2. I look at my car and right away i see that the bumper side had not even been cleaned non the less looked at for fixing. The inside of my car was dusty and the door handle was black from where the tech opened the door. So obviously I complained and after being quoted around $300 from a different adjuster Ana, the manager Chris agreed to replace the bumper. My car is a 2015, there have been a few dents and its not spotless but it is very upsetting to be spoken to with an attitude when the issue was addressed, by Ana. So today i called to see if my car was ready, i was informed, that the car would be cleaned and i could pick up. I pick up my car and its still dusty from the inside where the door was changed and the marks still on the handle. And my handle now gets stuck to open. See pictures. When I informed Ana, instead of acknowledging the issue and show sympathy She quickly caught an attitude and cut me off to say she would get her manager. The experience was bad and next time I will make to look into reviews before hand. I heard a lady speaking about her bad experience at enterprise but didn’t think the same would happen to me. It was a simple job of switching the door and bumper.
