If your loan balance is higher than our offer, the difference is called negative equity. If you still owe money, we will obtain a 14-day payoff and pay you the difference in the positive equity check you will receive immediately. If there is negative equity, you will be responsible for covering it via check, cash, or credit card.

If your car’s payoff amount is higher than the offer, you will need to cover the difference. You can do this via check, cash, or credit card. We will assist you in processing the payment to ensure a smooth transaction.
