  These guys are great. I needed the drainage port of my oil pan re-threaded and my usual guy couldn't do it. My usual Mr Tire couldn't either, but these guys can. They're honest, and they do professional work for far less cost than the dealerships. I highly recommend.

  So I ordered some tires from TIRE RACK got them shipped to my house on Sunday. Not many tire shops open on a Sunday so I appreciate the fact that they were open and they were willing to take me last minute. They charged me $167. I paid them in cash and I even tipped the Mechanic. Now, as soon as I hop onto 270, the car is starting to shake violently, meaning a bad wheel balance had been done, not a big deal it does happen from time to time, now for the reasoning of the low score, I go back to the shop the next day and tell the front desk advisor, my concerns and they tell me there’s no history of me even being at the store and they can’t service me. So I guess, since I paid cash the employee just pocket the cash & never put my info in the system.. This will be my first and last time coming to MR. TIRES!! Can’t recommend this business! Shameful, Disgraceful and untrustworthy!

  This place has very limited knowledge about tires ; they put my left tire to the right and right to the left. Told me that I had issues with my tire so I requested the replacement return my car with flat tires 🫠 and when i asked why it’s flat they said that now the issue is the rim ( of course they were not the one who broke it) and of course it was like that before but they never noticed until I pointed them out. The manager is aggressive and rude. And the staff is unprofessional, was laughing at me when I spoke with the manager regarding returning my car in unacceptable condition.

  I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with this place. I would give them zero star if I could. Back in October 2025, my mother took time out of her day (and spent her money) to help me fix my Nissan Sentra, which I couldn’t get to pass emissions. We were told by a man named Stu that the issue was the catalytic converter. He gave us an estimate, kept my car for several days, and the total came out to almost $1,800—which he claimed was a “discounted” price. The problems started immediately after. We never received a call that the car was ready. We only found out because we happened to drive by and saw it sitting outside all day. When I finally picked it up, there was a rattling noise, and when I took it to emissions, it failed. We brought the car back and were met by Randy, who was very hostile, as if we were bothering him. Stu said he would check it and called the next day saying it was ready again. The rattling noise was still there—and the car failed emissions a second time with the same codes. At this point, we were frustrated. We had just spent $1,800 and nothing was fixed. My boyfriend took the car back a third time because now there were additional issues that weren’t there before. Stu then tried to charge us another $1,000, claiming new problems. Only after my boyfriend mentioned taking the car to a Nissan dealership and asking for the corporate number did Stu say he would “fix it for free.” But even after that, nothing changed. As of April 2026, my car still does not pass emissions, the check engine light is still on, and the car feels unstable. I regret ever bringing my car here—$1,800 completely wasted. Please be careful before trusting this shop with your vehicle.
