  One star or less...I drove 1 and a 1/2 hours to test drive a vehicle and could not make a deal over a $500 difference. The next day, they accepted the deal. I called them to let them know I agreed and would be driving back and they could start the paperwork. They waited till I got there to assign someone to me and start the paperwork process. Went through all the paperwork signing and found out that there was not a second key to the vehicle and asked if they could help me with that. I was told they had already given me the best deal and that they could not do anything about it, including helping me to make the cost less through them. I was told that tags/title work would be received around 45 days. Called MVA on 30th day to find out that the dealership had not submitted anything yet. I would not suggest King Volkswagon to anyone because I did not feel like they listened to the customer, they were very disorganized, and do not tell the truth when it comes to buying a vehicle.

  I worked with Emmanuel to buy a new VW Atlas recently and my experience was great. He was very helpful and kept in touch with me regularly with updates via text. He was very friendly, as were the others at the dealership. The dealership is easy to reach with plenty of parking and a service center located in the same building. My experience was great and I plan to service my vehicle at King.

  An amazing dealership to buy a car from. I had the pleasure of working with Kenny and Jenny!
