  Malachite came to my rescue. He went above and beyond to ensure that I have a tire after I tried over how many stores and couldn't get anything for the same day. He didn't just surprised me, but it was done way before the scheduled time. He is a great guy that deserves a raise and promotion if possible.

  Came in today for a broken tire valve and was helped by Cori. Excellent worker, treated us with respect and consideration. I will definitely come back here to get my car fixed again. Excellent customer service skills, I highly recommend Cori and his team to anyone who needs assistance.

He demonstrated excellent professionalism and strong customer relations by confirming my appointment time, which we scheduled over the weekend. Malachi was prompt, respectful, and very attentive to my concerns. He took the time to answer all the challenges I was experiencing with my vehicle and reassured me that Goodyear does an excellent job diagnosing and addressing vehicle issues. His communication and service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and dedication.
