  Gerber Collision Gaithersburg is the best Autobody shop I have ever been to. I have been here three times for very big repairs. From front office, Mr. Alonzo, and the manager to back shop workers are the best. I have introduced a friend for his repair. He was satisfied beyond his expectations. In today's atmosphere where customer service is non exciting, Gerber people are the best.

  I didn’t choose this body shop at first—I went because the one near me had a one-week wait. But honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over the past 35 years, I’ve owned five cars (four of them brand new) and have dealt with many body shops, including dealerships. This one is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they repair my car perfectly, but they also went above and beyond—fixing small additional issues and returning the car fully detailed. The exterior was incredibly shiny, and the interior was spotless. What impressed me even more was their communication. The staff kept me updated almost every day, and the entire repair was completed in just two weeks. In the past, I’ve had similar damage take nearly two months to fix. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately, and this experience genuinely made me feel better. I’m beyond satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone.

  Yesterday evening, I drove my 2011 Ford Edge over an iced-over snow bank and accidentally ripped out the bottom of my front grill. I was afraid this would be the end of my old but beloved SUV. I easily was able to access the web site of Gerber Collision and Glass located at 8211 Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and make an appointment for the next morning. I taped up the front bottom half of the grill and limped it over to them. I was met by Mr. Alonzo Penate, who was so very courteous - a real professional. He looked it over and told me that he believed he and his staff could fix it that same morning. Not only did he and his Gerber staff do so, but they did it in under 40 minutes! He confirmed that I only wanted to have my SUV functional as I depend upon it for making my teaching rounds but when I looked it over, my front grill looked immaculate - literally as if my accident had never happened!!! Mr. Penate even smoothed over a couple of scratches so that all looked perfect. They clearly take great pride in their work, and I was on my way in no time. I will trust my vehicle, and all future vehicles, to Mr. Penate and this Gerber shop, and I will tell all of my friends. Congratulations to Gerber Collision and Glass for retaining real professionals like Mr. Penate and his superb team!!!
