I went in to ask for help, the guy at the counter was aggressive for no reason. I told him I was looking for his services and he was asking what kind of help, I said help changing the tire, and he said sharply that it would cost me. I told him I understand nothing is free here but you dont have to be jumpy about it. He got more angry and told to seek service elsewhere. I changed the tire myself and will always seek other places for auto services.
