- RSR SuttonDec 10, 20255.0I took my car in for it's scheduled oil change and tire rotation. On my way back to DC, I noticed a flapping sound from the tire on the drivers' front side. My car was also shaking as I drove. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager Holly. She was wonderful! She listen to my issue, sent a tow truck to pick my car up from DC and took care of it. Holly showed me that at Sheehy Lincoln Mercury of Gaithersburg customer satisfaction is important. I appreciate Holly's quick action, professionalism and friendliness. Because of Holly, I look forward to my next service appointment. Thanks again, Holly!
