I won’t mention the sales agent’s name, as the issue is the dealership’s lack of training. There are too many inexperienced agents on the floor without proper guidance or professional training.
We selected a vehicle for our company and were asked to wait for the final numbers. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no follow-up. After repeated attempts, we were finally told the vehicle had been sold by another salesperson. Although unethical but thats fine you sold it to whoever you wanted to but at least let me know so I don’t keep calling or wait around.
This is not the first time it happened. Last year, we selected a Ford Edge 2020 which was getting ready in shop. We were asked to return after a day. Then no one contacted. We made several attempts to reach sales agent but could not get in touch. When we went there we were informed that an employee had purchased it. Basically they want you to sign the deal right away, if you walk in but didn’t buy right away and was told to wait for final numbers from manager, you’re not getting it nor they would contact you.
This pattern is unethical and highly unprofessional. Customers should not be disregarded or replaced simply because someone else offers slightly more.
If they ask a customer to wait for final numbers and the vehicle is sold to someone else for any reason, the first customer must be notified. This system of indifferent behavior needs to be fixed immediately.
The dealership clearly needs mandatory training in professional conduct, transparent communication, and client care. Integrity must come before profit.

Set up an early Tuesday appointment to bring my car in because of rattling sound. By Thursday afternoon still had not heard anything from them so I called was told they were running diagnostics then, a full 2 days after my appointment. I called back the next day and they told me there was a problem with the welding on a catalyst converter they had done around 6-7 months prior and told me they writing something up and get back to me later that day. I asked them why they were writing something up when they were the ones who did the replacement and welding instead of fixing their work they just stated was a problem. I also, asked them about a loaner since they were dragging their feet with my vehicle and they said a manager would call me back shortly. No manager ever called. The following Monday they contacted me with a full cost replacement estimate for the part they replaced, at that point I went in and retrieved my vehicle. Would not recommend and will not have any future done by them. I have an order for a new truck through the dealership and I seriously considering canceling that as well. Absolutely terrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would.

not at all happy with my most recent VIP service @ Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg…took longer than 3 hours, was never checked in on, was never advised that they didn’t have a part (fuel filter) and that when they did get the filter the mechanic decided to gonna hour lunch break… at one point my service adviser came into the waiting room and saw me and said, “you’re still here”!!?? I asked several times including in my online appointment setup that I wanted full synthetic oil. I did not get full synthetic oil. I did not get a sticker inside my window informing me of my next service interval, no one communicated with me and again, I was there forever. Several oil changes ago I noticed a slash on the gear dial and I advised the service advisors that I did not do that … i was told that it will be fixed, still waiting … this, was by far my worst experience at the dealership.

I am truly disappointed!
I brought my car into the shop due to brake issues and, after paying for the technician's check, I was told that everything was fine and I didn't need to worry (that nothing needed to be done and that the car was safe).
However, I remained concerned and took my car to another independent shop, where I learned that rear caliper, pads, and discs needed to be replaced, which ultimately fixed the problem.
The Sheehy tech team completely misjudged the situation and made the wrong call. It was not safe for me to continue driving my little kids around in that car.
Afterward, I reached out to the technical advisor to explain what had happened, and I was informed that this would be discussed with the manager.
Since then, I have received no response! I have followed up through text and again via email, but still no reply at all in a few weeks now.
Three years ago, I purchased a new truck and another pre-owned vehicle at the same time, opting for the Sheehy VIP and extras. To experience this level of service and performance is, at the very least, subpar and does not meet my expectations. This is not the first time I've felt that they are only interested in my money while delivering below-average service in return.
Everything is very well documented (messages, invoices, pictures) and can be pulled up anytime.
I purchased a car from this Sheehy location about over a month ago and now I am writing a review about how everything was handled from beginning to a month later. I firstly waited this one whole month to review a business because I think would be more precise complete reviews rather than based on how one person might usually feel emotionally at the beginning right after a business interaction. I called here and asked about the price and also told them I dont want to play any games here as I usually aware of car dealership tactics. They told me we stand behind Sheehy business motto to first come first serve and with honest as best we can. I purchased warranty here and have within 30 days to return full refund value no question ask. There were some misunderstanding and confusion but quickly addressed amd resolved. Warranty canceled as requested no back and forth to waste my time. I had a great experience buying car at this dealership.
Sale person name is Michael BrownLee, very friendly and helpful.
Sale manager name is Alex, he very direct and quick to the point no time wasting.
Finance person name Reza, very knowledge in his field and have good banks relation to give the best finance rates.
Devo another sale person very friendly greeted me at the entrance and also congrats after purchased eventho I just bought from Michael thank you sir.
General manager name is Greg, making sure customers and team members are fully understanding each other with no misunderstanding if occurs.
Account department person name Tammy, understanding my needs and very helpful to make the process easy.
Tag and Title department person name Jessica, welcoming friendly and helps me when even I have questions outside of her department.
Lady at the front desk entrance very friendly and helpful giving guidance to where I needs to go.
Thank you everyone and this Sheehy location for giving me an amazing experience buying car here with no games switch or bait. I will continue to look for future opportunity to do business here again.
