Unless you enjoy being given terrible service, spending nearly four months without your car, trying to reach your service manager to no avail, having the car emblem( logo) stolen while in their possession and told you have to pay for it, given the runaround and made to pay for unnecessary repairs repeatedly that weren’t needed including one large bill that wasn’t approved by you, AND THEN finally after being assured they had the top Lincoln engineers working to identify the issue and getting your car back to find it has the same issues?!, I’d recommend you go elsewhere. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they have some staff members who are good customer advocates but simply lack the authority to fix the mess.

Service department is horrible. My vehicle has a potential major issue with oil consumption so I called to make an appointment to start an oil consumption test. The service advisor on the phone confirmed she understood and explained the process and sent me a confirmation email that my service was booked later that week for what I requested. When I showed up to drop my vehicle off, the service advisor at the counter said that the notes show I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and If I wanted to do the oil consumption test I would have to come back next week because their service department was booked up for the day. They offered zero apology or any sort of compensation for wasting over an hour of my time plus the additional extra two hours I am now going to have to waste taking it back again (that is assuming they get it right the next time). This is the worst experience to date I've had here and I've been a VIP customer since 2018. I don't know how I could have been any clearer to make a service appointment and I have no confidence they will even get this right when I go back. Their communication has always been horrible and I would advise anyone to avoid taking their vehicle here.

I can’t praise this company enough. I live in a town with a Ford dealership in PA and yet, I drove 2 hours to buy a new Maverick from these folks. I’ve never met a car salesman I liked until I met Nico. From the very start, he was transparent, communicated throughout the whole process and worked his butt off for the deal. Financing/buying was easy and quick. Their add-on maintenance plan (which I usually decline) is a no brainer- with synthetic oil changes costing what they are anymore, I should save $1-2k over the life of the truck by getting that plan. Because of Nico and the whole team, I’ll never go anywhere else now.

I had a fantastic experience with Sheehy Ford and my salesman Sebastian. I came in after finding the exact vehicle I wanted online, and found the purchase process to be extremely simple. There was no pressure or attempts to upsell. Sebastian made it very clear both over the phone, text, and in person that he wants to make sure I felt supported and not pressured.
After purchasing the vehicle, he has continued to be supportive calling to make sure I'm completely satisfied and answering any questions I may have. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sheehy Ford, and whatever you do avoid Koons Ford of Falls Church

Michael Zeller Was one of the best sales agents that I have had. The experience began with immediate communication as soon as I entered my information online to the dealership. When I arrived to the dealership the beautiful mustang 5.0 was cleaned and right in front of the building and I was sold when I first arrived. He was very personable and had great conversation to make me feel like it was more than the car sell it provided me an entire user experience. He told me that I’d be getting the car and I walked out of there with it same day. I would give Michael more than 5 stars if it was an option! Thank you again.
