    No hassle truck purchasing experience. Price on the internet was price paid at the dealership. No qualifying required to take advantage of dealer discount. Salesman Amir Arjona was outstanding in every way. Not pushy and was able to address all of our questions and concerns. I do not use my phone for much more than a phone. Amir was of great assistance in helping to install the Ford app which was needed in order to complete the purchase process. Been in dealerships where sales personnel made you feel that if you did not immediately purchase the vehicle you would regret it. Not so with this dealership. I did my initial look and drive and then purchased the truck a week later. During the week between looking and purchase Amir was quick to reply to all my texts with an answer or letting me know he would provide an answer after he spoke with the appropriate subject matter expert. All in all , a great truck purchasing experience. Thanks to Amir!!!!

    I worked with Miguel Perez at the Ford dealership in Gaithersburg during the holiday season, and overall he was great to work with. His communication was excellent—especially given how busy things are around the holidays—and he kept me updated throughout the process. My only critique is that I was told I needed a new battery due to a voltage issue, even though my battery had been replaced just a few months prior. I ended up taking my car back to my regular service shop afterward, and they found that the issue was actually a loose cable, which they reattached. I haven’t had any issues since. While that part of the experience was a little strange and could have saved me about $230, I do appreciate that I brought the car to Ford to get things checked, and Miguel himself was professional and easy to work with throughout. Overall, a positive experience thanks to his communication and customer service

    I would give negative stars if I could. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but the tire rotation never happened. When I questioned it, I was flat-out lied to and told staff had gone to lunch. I was then told that one person was changing the oil while another was rotating the tires, which is impossible to miss. Not only was my time completely wasted, but the dishonesty made it even worse. To add insult to injury, I was later promised that the director would “do something nice” for my daughter and me because of the inconvenience. That never happened either. Another empty promise. I trusted this place with my time and money, and instead I left feeling disrespected, brushed off, and frustrated. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

    I recently purchased a new car from Sheehy of Gaithersburg. I worked with Mike Zeller in Sales. After talking with different dealers in the Gaithersburg and Bethesda METRO areas, I came back to Mike at Sheehy in Gaithersburg because I find Mike is very knowledgeable, works hard to earn my trust and loyalty, and goes the extra mile in providing five-star service (in an after hours call, Mike picked up the phone and talked to me -- I thought I'd have to leave a voicemail!!!). This is the second car I have purchased from Mike and I am confident to say you will not find a better person to work with when you are shopping for a car. When I need another car or truck, Mike Zeller will be my first stop!!! I recommend Mike at Sheehy of Gaithersburg -- Mike and Sheehy have earned all five stars.

    Looks like the service department here went downhill, I used to bring my F-150 here 2 years ago and never had a problem. Now I bring an Explorer here and my first visit sucked. I had an appointment for 9am on a Thursday. I dropped it off on time and it sat there all day. When I dropped it off, Tanner Humerick the advisor noticed one of the key fobs was dead and told me he would get a new battery for my key fob. Tanner never got the battery for my key fob. It was still dead when I picked it up. Next day Friday I called Tanner about 4pm and found out it was currently in the shop. I was told they couldn't find the tire leak but had fixed the sunroof. Was told they had set the tire up to 35 to match the other tires. When I picked up the car, the tire was still at the low pressure it was when I dropped it off. Pretty positive no one ever looked at my tire. because it wouldn't have been at the low pressure if they had. I think they let the job go too late into Friday and ran out of time and never did my tire problem or my key fob battery. Which kind of sucks considering they had it two full days. Def much worse service then I used to get, but the advisor I used to see is no longer there. So now I'll change the battery myself and will have to take my tire someplace else to get it fixed. Avoid Tanner if you end up having to go here.
