  I literally cannot thank David & Tyrell enough! My tires were leaking air and I had to rush to get them checked to see if it was patch-able or if it would be an entirely new tire, When I walked in I was promptly greeted IMMEDIATELY & was asked what brought me in. After explaining my situation David let me know cost ( with or without taxes ) & how long it would take to get an answer about if there is a leak or not ( within 15 min I was told ) & Tyrell ( I hope I spelled your name right! ) took care of my car and was able to get it patched and tested within the hour! I was literally in and out same day, unexpectedly with NO APPOINTMENT! Thank you guys so much for everything and I will be returning with my lovely Selina~ when need be! ( My Cars name is: Selina YES NAMED AFTER CATWOMAN )

  I had an excellent experience at NTB. I went in because one of my tires had blown out, and Ahmed helped me with outstanding service. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I don’t speak much English, but he still took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood. Great service, honest work, and fast help. I highly recommend this place.

  NTB replaced my front brake pads and rotors. Less than 2 weeks later, the brakes are grinding at stops and the front left parking sensor is alerting. Take the car back to NTB and was told the calipers needed to be replaced. Also, the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced again (under warranty). Their explanation was that the calipers failed due to natural wear (my car is at 59k miles) and the change of rotors/pads exposed the faulty calipers.They recommended new shocks and struts after the rotors/pads as a preventative but said nothing about calipers. It seems like either a mistake was made when installing the pads/rotors or the calipers weren’t inspected. Either way, NTB/Mavis didn’t want to take any responsibility. Don’t go here. Update: Spoke with customer solutions, told them what happened. They said the regional manager, Keith, would be the one to discuss a resolution with. Keith already told me they wouldn’t be taking responsibility and to basically shut up about it. But they gave me 25% off the caliper work.

  Came in to get a battery and a couple items for my car. Was met by the manager David, proved to be a very knowledgeable person and helped sort me with all I needed for my car. Also have to give praise for his excellent customer service and genuine passion for helping others. I will be returning here for all my cars needs moving forward.

  I had an awesome experience at NTB, and I’ve got to give a shoutout to David, the manager. You can tell he really cares about his customers. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and made sure everything was handled quickly and at a fair price. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole vibe felt honest and professional. I left feeling good about the work and confident in where I’ll be bringing my car next time. Big thanks to David and his team, they really go the extra mile.
