He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the whole experience. I also received a very fair and competitive price, honestly better than what I was offered at CarMax. Because of this, I strongly recommend people sell their car here instead of CarMax if you want a better price and an easy transition.
