  It was a wonderful experience. They found what was wrong with my tire. When they found it wasn’t a fixable tire because of the location of the the slit was they shared the tire sales they were running. Very professional and kind. Peter who was the mechanic that helped me, he even went as far as to check my battery.

  I have an appointment to change the front two tiers, when I arrives the manger try to get me to do an alignment, and I saw no and just want to change the tires. Which on the websites it come out to be 256.98 but the manger try to tells me that it will be 350, so I ask why then he said he included an "accident plan" and I told him to take it off. I sign off for 270 with taxes and left and was told to come back at 3:00 pm, I went back at 3:00 pm and noting was done to the can, which the manger told me he was "basy". Obviously, he didn't do it because I didn't buy he bullshit "accident plan and the alignment" so he wasted 4 hours of my times. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  The whole purpose of making an appointment is to avoid long wait I made an appointment online and they would not honor my appointment. They said they took walk-ins so they could not honor my appointment and I would wait for several hours.

  Don’t waste your time. If the owner happens to read this review, which I doubt they care based on my visit to their terrible shop, you need to give Stu a HUGE raise! First, the good. Stu at the front desk is an asset to this place and should be greatly rewarded. Completely overwhelmed being the only person working the desk on a Saturday. Even though there was a line out the door and clearly overwhelmed by the volume of work, Stu remained very pleasant, professional and courteous. Completely understaffed by at least two persons at the front desk. Shop is dirty and no tires in stock for a common tire size. Besides the 6 people in line, the 6 or so people waiting in the lobby looked like they had the life sucked out of them. I think the 80 year old man was 40 when he got there. Tires shops are typically all the same chaotic mess but this particular one was worse than others. Seriously, you’re two more people and give Stu a raise for God’s sake. The stress working there is going to give him a heart attack!

  Having an appointment is worthless, don’t bother. They finally looked at my car three hours after my appointment time and told me it would take 90 min - 2 hours to finish. I told them I’d pick it up when they were done. Nearly three hours later I couldn’t wait anymore so I made alternate plans for transportation. They never called to tell me my car was ready, or that they couldn’t finish it by the end of the day. This was my third time there in several years and I’m never going back. Each time they’ve acted so inconvenienced and bothered by customers.
