  I would have given "0" for my experience today but Melanie save the day. I brought my Taos for low tire pressure couple days ago. Gwayne check the car and saw more problems with it. He ordered the parts and ask me bring the car. My car was gonna stay there overnight. He gave me a Tiguan loaner which was bigger than my car. For one day I said it would be manageable. Later that day he called me and told me that my car would not finish in one day and needs to work on it more. I told him that I was not comfortable to drive the car given to me. He said brought next day and he would give me the similar car I had. I went next day which is today, November 21st 2025 and he was not there. I try to explain my situation to another person whose name was Kevin. He did not listen what I was trying to say and just said they didn't have another car to loan me and I was stuck with the car I had. I said I was not comfortable to drive a big car, but he did not listen. He was too rude to me. He needs to learn how to talk to the customers even if they are not his client. I sat in my car and tried to calm down. I tried to call Gwayne, but I could not reach to him. Melanie answered my second phone and she was so kind and understanding. She said she will find me a smaller car and she did. I am grateful to her. Thank you Melanie for saving my day. God bless you.

  I had an amazing out-of-state experience purchasing my brand new 2025 Taos SE. I found a great deal online and communicated with Gerard through text and email. He arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and brought to the dealership, where his associate Albert presented the vehicle and made the entire paperwork process smooth and efficient. Everything was extremely transparent from start to finish, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. They even filled my gas tank, knowing I had a long drive back to my home state. If I could give them six stars, I would. Highly recommend them for your next purchase.

  One of the best “no hassle” car buying experiences you can have. Amir Hmem our sales representative was courteous, punctual, and professional throughout. Coordinated the sale, as advertised, without any hesitation or disruption to our schedules and accommodated a smooth purchase. Alex Shvets the sales manager was top notch. The entire process was easy, efficient, and hassle-free. The financing representative ensured all paperwork was accurate, organized, and ready to sign. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. Would highly recommend this dealership!

  This was the best buying experience I’ve had recently. Was able to negotiate with my salesperson Albert Kliaz without ever having to step into the dealership. Completed all documents online and picked up the 2025 Tiguan the following day. We literally were in the dealership 30 minutes and we were on our way home. If needed King Volkswagen will deliver your new ride up to 100 miles no extra charge.

  Let me preface this by saying I am not a fan of dealing with dealerships, nor am I a fan of having to buy a new car. I would imagine that's pretty much the norm for most people. I was suspicious when I spoke to Albert, my salesperson, who was completely organized, super personable, not pushy, gave me the answers that I wanted, and nothing was ever shady, or tricky or deceptive. I was searching for a new VW. I called Albert. I did not come to the showroom. I spoke to him. He gave me the out-the-door price, and it was an amazing deal. I can't say so much about some of the other dealerships in the area, including a very big one that starts with the letter O. They were pushy. I got calls from over three or four different salespeople from the same place, so it got very confusing. Where at King, I only dealt with Albert. When I finally came to look at the models they had available, I was super excited and started the sales process. Filling out the paper was super easy. It took about an hour in total. We also dealt with the finance department with a man named Yousof. He was also straightforward about options for extended warranties, etc. Only tried to upsell us on things that he felt were legitimate. Told us about the things he felt were not legitimate. When we did our research, he was completely correct. There was no deceptive actions there as well, which was super refreshing. They gave us an amazing deal for our trade-in, and we were so happy with all of the service and support there. Don't think twice about bringing your business to King Volkswagen and Kia.
