  I had an absolutely terrible experience at King Volkswagen and strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere—specifically to Ourisman Volkswagen of Rockville, where the staff is far more professional, responsible, and nice. My experience at King VW was the complete opposite of professional. The service advisor, Melanie, was poorly informed and displayed a terrible attitude. She provided what appeared to be fraudulent reports to justify excessive overcharging, showing a total lack of transparency. The management is even more disappointing. The manager, Dave, lacks basic common sense and the professional ability to fulfill his duties. He not only flatly refused my legitimate requests but also had the audacity to lie and distort the truth right in front of other employees. If you want a patient, professional, and honest team, do yourself a favor and go to Ourisman VW of Rockville instead. They actually value their customers and know how to provide quality service.

  I had an exceptional experience with Tasawar, my family and I went to buy a used Kia Sportage. Tasawar was very honest,transparent and super friendly. He was also very professional. He made the process smooth as a breeze. We highly recommend King Volkswagen to all the clients in the region who are buying a car and always ask for Tasawar. He is the best. Highly recommended

  I’m still blown away by the phenomenal experience my family and I had at King Volkswagen in Gaithersburg, Maryland. If you’re shopping for a Volkswagen, stop searching—this is the dealership you want to walk into. From the very first moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with warmth, respect, and genuine care. The customer service here is on another level. Tasawar went far beyond simply “selling a car.” He patiently walked us through the entire process, explained every option without any pressure, and truly listened to what mattered to us. His knowledge of the 2025 Volkswagen Taos SEL was outstanding, but what impressed us even more was his sincerity. He made us feel valued, confident, and completely comfortable every step of the way. It honestly felt like we were talking to a trusted friend rather than a salesperson. I also want to give huge appreciation to the finance department, especially Abdullah. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car unbelievably smooth, transparent, and reassuring. He treated us like family, and that kindness meant so much. This wasn’t just a purchase—it was an experience filled with excitement, positivity, and trust. We left not only thrilled with our new Taos, but genuinely grateful for the people who helped us get it.   Tasawar was amazing. We went in prepared for the usual car-buying war and were pleasantly surprised to have the opposite experience. Purchasing was quick, stress-free, and we were able to get the exact price we desired. Tasawar was honest, transparent, funny, and extremely personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. We’re honestly still shocked at the fact it took us less than 2 hours to have the vehicle ready to pull off of the lot. The finance department was also pleasant, which surprised us as well. Yousef in finance didn’t pressure us after we expressed that we didn’t want an add on and was also very transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises in the end. Overall, great experience!

  I’d like to share my outstanding experience at King Volkswagen in Gaithersburg, Maryland. If you’re looking for a new Volkswagen, this is absolutely the place to go! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Bagrat took the time to explain the entire process and discuss all the options available for choosing our next vehicle—the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the experience. I also want to recognize the finance department, especially Hassler, for making the process smooth and stress-free. He treated us like family, which meant so much to my wife and me. The experience was so positive and exciting that I’m already in discussions to possibly trade in my 2023 Kia Telluride for another new vehicle!
