  It was my lucky day when I was referred to Gerber Collision about a month ago for minor body repair after a neighbor reversed into my parked car. I left there smiling when I got the car back, with a bumper that was better than new. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff was exemplary. Then today I was sad to see that someone had backed into my car and left a large dent. I drove to Gerber and was met on the doorstep by a man who immediately recognized me. An hour later I left there with my smile aback in place. The dent was gone and there was no charge for the service. Thank you Gerber Collision.

  I had a fantastic experience at Gerber Collision. I went to this shop because the hood of my car would not close. I was greeted by Anthony who was extremely, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He inspected my vehicle right away in the parking lot and then took it around back for a closer look. After working on it for about an hour, he was able to fix the problem. I asked him how much I owed, and he told me there was no charge. I couldn’t believe it. You rarely, if ever, find that kind of service anymore. I will definitely use the services of this business in the future. I highly recommend Gerber Collision.

  I brought my car in because I made a dent in the rear bumper when backing out of a parking spot. The bumper met the corner of a pickup truck's front bumper! Needless to say, all the damage was done to my bumper. My thought was to get the matter taken care of asap. I called Gerber and made an appointment for this morning. Usually, I will work with Anthony, but he wasn't available, so Alonzo was able to help me. I spoke with him to set up the appointment. When I arrived, Alonzo was on the lot taking care of another job. He greeted me and asked me to park my car and I could wait inside. When he completed the previous job, he came and got me so that we could take a look at the damage done to my bumper. When I had set up the appointment, it was to get a quote for the repair. However, when Alonzo looked at it, his thought that it was something that could be done very easily and at no cost. That was most positive thing I had heard! Before taking the car back, he brought to my attention that I had a alert regarding an airbag malfunction on the dashboard. I let him know that I was aware of it and would be taking care of it later this week. When he returned about 20 minutes later, he told me that the car was ready! We went out to take a look at the completed work. I was amazed! This was indeed a WOW moment! For me, it was absolutely awesome and PRICELESS! My thanks to Alonzo for his professionalism from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with him. Anthony, I am sorry that you weren't available to help me, but Alonzo did an excellent job that would make Gerber Collision and you very proud.

  Just had my car repaired by Gerber after a fender bender and had a great experience. Their front staff is professional and pleasant, the work was great, they communicated status continuously and they are well integrated with the local Enterprise rental car office. When I picked up my car I noticed one small issue that seemed off, so I went back to the store to ask about it. They never questioned the validity of my concern -they immediately took the car in and brought it back out shortly with my concern addressed and an explanation. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do I will return.
