Imagine my surprise when I realized that the service was exceptional and I was treated better than previous car rental situations. The representative name was Jerry Zhou He made sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience and completely oriented towards the car that I would be driving for a few days. Pardon the expression, but he went the “ExtraMile”” to make sure that I knew how to operate the car and all of its various safety features. Although I was not originally approved for an SUV, he was able to secure this type of car for me by speaking with the representative from the insurance company that was handling this. A strong work ethic Makes for an excellent customer experience. Jerry has a strong work ethic. Enterprise Should recognize him in all of the other people at the Gaithersburg office who were so attentive to my concerns. Everything was done safely And expeditiously. RT
