  I had my reservations for a large SUV 7 passenger, and the gave me a small SUV, I was told they couldn’t contact the other persons who had the SUV. My reservation was at 10:30 am and waited more than an hour. Now I have to waste time calling every enterprise to see if they have anything available to switch the car..

  Not the best experience. Got a car with a dead key battery. Thankfully, we were still loading the car when the key battery died, otherwise we would’ve been stranded who knows where unable to even get inside the car. Spent 1.5 hrs on hold trying to get a different car…they need more people working the desk and phone than just two. The car with the low battery key, was given to me with 1/4 tank and I filled it up with 3/4 tank and never got reimbursed for that after switching cars. You’d think they have something in place to change key batteries or test them before renting out a vehicle. That baffles me a bit…
