DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION
Our experience was by far the worst I've ever had with enterprise. We waited almost an hour and a half for a vehicle that was reserved a week early. They told us it was being picked up at the body shop (?) red flag. The supervisor told us we would be getting a different car which i didn't think anything of, until the original vehicle i requested pulled into the parking lot to be returned. The man driving smelled of urine and looked extremely unsanitary, naturally i opted to wait for the car in the body shop instead. They then informed us that it would be an upgrade and I would have to pay $10 for that vehicle. Fine. I later came to the conclusion that they were covering up for the fact that the vehicle i requested wasn't ready when i arrived.
While we waited another 30 minutes for the car to be picked up and sanitized, i left my fiancé to go prepare for the trip we were attempting to go on since we had already been delayed an hour past the reservation time. He then calls me and tells me they wont take prepaid cashapp cards or tap to pay and they are denying the vehicle. After waiting all this time, i turn around to pick him up so we can try to find a plan B. By the time i arrive, the supervisor decided to make a "one time exception" and use Tap to pay. I understand and respect policies put in place, but what i don't understand was waiting 15 minutes and pretending like we don't exist once you find that we wont be able to pay. It wasn't that we couldn't or just walked in asking for favors, this was already discussed and had been agreed upon PRIOR.
After finally receiving the car, i started to question if it was from enterprise or the streets. There was extensive damage on the side of the vehicle, the license plate was tied to the front bumper with a rope, the windshield wad cracked, and the registration was expiring. The interior was covered in food grease, crumbs, smelled of wet dog, and obviously not sanitized like they claimed. Of course I didn't notice this until we got home and inspected it because they were too busy trying to push us out the door the entire process was rushed and we were running extremely late. It's truly absurd that i was charged extra for a garbage vehicle that was obviously getting ready to be junked. Had i known this was what i was renting, i would have gone to the local body shop and asked them for a junk vehicle.
I will not be returning to this location, I'm even questioning if enterprise is even worth it anymore. There are so many rental companies out there that will actually treat their customers like humans instead of banks. I've never been more shocked by the lack of professionalism until now.

“I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. I was given a dirty Mitsubishi Mirage, much smaller than the compact I requested (like a Corolla). I asked the assistant manager, Mike, about switching to a bigger car and he was nice but never followed up. I’ve now been stuck driving this car for two weeks. On top of that, I ended up with multiple spider bites while using the car — 6 total, including 3 new ones on my thigh. This has been very uncomfortable and frustrating. I expect cleaner, safer, and better-managed vehicles, especially when requesting a switch. Extremely disappointed.
