- SRSarah RosenbloomDec 18, 20251.0Zero stars. Was given very large car that I didn’t feel comfortable in especially since I had just had an accident and that’s why I needed a rental. No one listened to me and so I was forces to drive it for weeks. I called enterprise on Wisconsin avenue and a man named Darrius said he would help me the following weekend but when I called back in, not only would he not switch the cars, he would t even come to the phone himself to tell me. He should be fired immediately. Darius is an incredibly poor customer service agent. You don’t want him representing you. Additionally, the car I was given had Pennsylvania license plates. I am a resident of the District of Columbia. We have street parking here. You need to move your car every two hours if you don’t have DC tags in order to avoid ticketing. I complained about this as well to enterprise on Wisconsin avenue and enterprise Bethesda. Nobody cared. I will never use this company again and I will go out of my way to tell others not to use enterprise either.

Aiden seemed eager to learn his new job (hope you're still doing well, dude) and his manager was knowledgeable and patient, and handled being short-staffed exceedingly well, juggling training, phone calls, and in-person pick-ups without making anyone feel left out or abandoned. (I'm sorry I don't recall your name. I just threw out your business card. -_-,) It was just the two of them onsite the day I went (I think it was a Thursday), but (and this is NOT an indictment on the employees) it seems Enterprise doesn't want to properly staff their locations. So please be patient with the employees while they do their work, as I cannot imagine how Enterprise believed one newbie and a manager was enough to staff a city-adjacent location. To reiterate: They were GREAT, and the wait time was not in any way something they could have mitigated. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
