No one listened to me and so I was forces to drive it for weeks. I called enterprise on Wisconsin avenue and a man named Darrius said he would help me the following weekend but when I called back in, not only would he not switch the cars, he would t even come to the phone himself to tell me. He should be fired immediately. Darius is an incredibly poor customer service agent. You don’t want him representing you. Additionally, the car I was given had Pennsylvania license plates. I am a resident of the District of Columbia. We have street parking here. You need to move your car every two hours if you don’t have DC tags in order to avoid ticketing. I complained about this as well to enterprise on Wisconsin avenue and enterprise Bethesda. Nobody cared. I will never use this company again and I will go out of my way to tell others not to use enterprise either.
