I'm generally skeptical of any automotive business so going in I already had my guard up l bought 4 tires the price on line was lower than what was ringing up in store but Mohammed (supervisor) spent 20+ minutes with the corporate office getting them to honor the online price and the next day my front tire was slowly losing air, gave him a call and he got me right in it was a faulty valve stem.bottum line they care about the customer and more importantly they value and take pride in what they do

To start off, they were very professional and friendly. They give you the price upfront that you are more than likely to pay at checkout (if using a credit card, there is a 3% extra charge). I also brought my own brand new tires to be used during the tire replacement service. They were kind enough to give me a quick call to make sure that is the size I wanted on my vehicle or if I bought a wrong size by accident, which was very professional and kind of them and shows they communicate with you throughout the process to make sure you don't come back to any surprises. They also replaced all four (4) valve stems. All in all, I enjoyed this shop and may be coming back again when need be. Thank you Bay Area Point! Also, shout out to your front desk associate, Adam. He was easygoing and friendly.

Hidden gem! I always have some anxiety going to car shops but the front desk guy Rick was nice and to the point. A guy called off the day of apparently but they still got my service done in an hour.
