I appreciated her attentiveness and good customer service skills as she listened to me when I explained that my wipers “broke” and I was trying to order the metal piece, but she went outside to look at the windshield and saw the it was just the blades and that the problem was the bolt being loose and suggest to fix it before replacing the new blades. Thank you Katherine!

Im from Va and the one time I needed something out here in Md I had to call multiple times just to order one part. On the second call they picked up & said hello, just to hang up next second as I spoke! I am now trying to confirm if my part arrived and I am being left on hold for another 10+ minutes. To us non hourly workers this is just a big slap in the face because while these kids/young adults chat to each other about nothing car related I’m being left on hold and forgotten.

I went in for a new battery and for install help and they took a look and said “it’s too complicated” because it required a couple extra bolts to remove. Went to the Rockville location right after & Andre had no problems assisting with the install.
